  • You must initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving the product (opening video must) by contacting us via WhatsApp or email with photos of the issue.

Non-Exchange Items:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items without original packaging and tags

Exchange Process:

   2. Once approved, exchange instructions will be provided.
   3. The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
